Guests like the artist Rasa Smite, whose 3D installation »Atmospheric Forest« can be seen in our exhibition »Critical Zones«, the director of the Long-Term Forest Ecosystem Research, Arthur Gessler, and many more invite you to an exciting discourse about fragrant forests and climate change at the ZKM Media Theater. Using the example of the Pfyn forest in the Swiss Alps, you will gain insight into the phenomenon of fugitive emissions, observe the alarming interaction between the forest and the atmosphere, and learn more about the task of art to visualize this interaction.

The event is free of charge and will be held in English.
